Speed & Power Series I - 2026

$75 - 25 Classes - 30 Minutes

From January 1 – March 31, join a fully loaded program designed to build strength, boost endurance, and keep you motivated every single week — all for just $75.

Here’s what you’ll get:
🚴 One Weekly Live Spin Class
🚴‍♀️ Additional created Spin Workout to do on your own
💪 Two Strength Workouts Each Week (one delivered via video!)
🏃 Endurance Tips & Training Guidance
📄 Weekly Workout Guide — a clean, easy-to-follow document outlining every session

Bootcamp Series - 4/6 Weeks

$75/$100 - 8 Classes - 50 Minutes

Training the entire body is essential for overall fitness, physique, and injury prevention. Incorporating full body fitness into my training plans will allow you to build success in ways you couldn’t imagine. Bootcamp will focus on a combination of on-bike conditioning mixed with off-bike strength training.

* Dumbbells/Resistance band recommended, but not required.
