Learn to Cycle
This program will focus on the beginnings of spin, including: bike set up, proper form and pedal strokes, and verbiage. Primary classes will introduce the proper techniques to prepare for speed and power training on the bike.
Power Series
This program will focus on the resistance intervals of spin, using heavier resistances during these classes. Power series will focus on working against an opposing force to builds muscle in order to increase your strength capacity.
Strength & Cardio Circuit
Welcome to your perfect lunch break workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks
Sprint Series
This program will focus on the sprint intervals of spin, using less but safe resistance and focusing on sprints for a sustained period of time. Sprint series will focus on developing stamina required to challenge your peak power and effort.
Bootcamp
Training the entire body is essential for overall fitness, physique, and injury prevention. Incorporating full body fitness into my training plans you can build success in ways you couldn’t imagine. Bootcamp focuses on a combination of on-bike conditioning mixed with off-bike strength training.
Basic Strength Training
Work off that Sunday brunch or train for an obstacle course race! We recommend this class for those who have completed at least two level I courses within the last month.
